Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the socks to request a return. Refunds will be processed in 5 business days.
Please check the socks upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong socks. We will fully refund you and cover cost of sending back. If the return is not a result of Na Giean's error, we will not cover cost of sending back.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase to the new item.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, the socks must be in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original package.
Before you sending back the socks, please contact us first via email email@example.com.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know when you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
